REFUND POLICY & SHIPPING
Due to health and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. This includes regular-priced items, sale items and pre-ordered items.
If you've received the wrong item, contact us by email at info@anthemshop.ca. Refunds for incorrect or damaged items will be issued once the product has been returned and received by us. We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.
Shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. Anthem Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by packages shipped. We do not offer return shipping methods.
Once your order leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, they’re responsible for delivering it to you safely. If a package is delivered damaged or is lost in transit, we'll go through the carrier’s claim process and issue a full refund once it's been confirmed by the carrier.
Ordering from the U.S.? We’ve worked it out with new shipping partners. No extra fees, duties or taxes at the time of delivery starting September 17, 2025 Orders placed before this date may incurr additional duties, taxes, or tarriff charges by the carrier upon delivery.
